Mesophilic Cultures

The easiest way to obtain a yogurt! Always keep a bit of your previous batch. Add it to milk*, culture it at room temperature and enjoy! And redo “ad vitam aeternam”, as long as you are taking good care of it!
*We use organic full fat UHT cow milk for safety reasons, but you are free to use whatever milk you want. Raw milk, goat milk, skim milk, just remember to keep excellent hygiene conditions and you will be OK.
